Shipping policy

We ship to most countries worldwide. All of our domestic shipping methods include a tracking number, except for orders selected under the “In-store pickup” option.

In-store pickup:
If you choose this option, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.
From that moment, you have up to 7 calendar days to collect your order. After this period, uncollected orders will be returned to the workshop. From then on, the order can only be shipped via courier, with shipping costs assumed by the customer, and no claims will be accepted.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the products. You can find more detailed information about costs by weight and continent in our Shipping FAQ section.

International shipping:
We offer International Standard (Economic) and International Express shipping services.

According to Universal Postal Union policies, international orders weighing under 2 kg shipped via International Standard (Economic) are dispatched as small registered international parcels. This means they include a registration ID, but do not provide door-to-door tracking updates once the shipment leaves the country of origin, as this is a standard postal service.

Please take this information into account when placing your order and in case of any future inconveniences. Ratnest is no longer responsible once the order has been handed over to the postal office.

Orders shipped via International Express include full tracking for proper shipment monitoring.

Estimated shipping times:
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase, and up to 3–10 business days during high-demand periods or promotions (e.g., Christmas). You will receive an automatic order confirmation email, followed by a second email with the tracking number once the package has been handed over to the courier. We recommend checking your spam folder if you do not receive this email within the established timeframe.

Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers or customs). We offer International Standard and Express services. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, we will investigate, follow up with the shipping company, and, if necessary, issue a refund or send a replacement package.
